Customers are responsible for checking garment pockets, identifying delicate items, and informing us of special care instructions. HuluFix Center is not liable for damage caused by items left in pockets or failure to follow manufacturer care labels.
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may depend on garment type, fabric condition, and service requirements. Payments must be made in full at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed.
While we strive to meet scheduled pickup and delivery times, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. HuluFix Center is not liable for delays beyond our control.
HuluFix Center takes every reasonable precaution to care for garments. However, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage due to inherent fabric defects. Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Any claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be considered. We reserve the right to inspect the garment before processing any claim.
Service cancellations must be requested in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy and may take several business days to complete.
You agree not to misuse our website, engage in unlawful activities, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. HuluFix Center reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
